What is your return and exchange policy?
Hot Stamp Studio operates under a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy. All sales are final. This policy is in place due to the personalized and custom nature of our products.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. You must report any issues within 3 business days to evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement, if applicable and upon item availability.
Can I return a personalized item?
Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. It is essential to provide accurate spelling and information when placing your order to avoid any issues.
How long does it take to process an order?
After an order is placed, it will be processed and ready to ship within 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Additionally, we provide free shipping for orders over $60, excluding tax and shipping costs. Local pickup is also available for customers in the area.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking numbers for shipped orders. For local pickup orders, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional disruptions may occur due to technical issues or third-party service disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues, as we are not responsible for delays caused by them.
