Shipping policy


  • Order processing time. After an order is placed, the order will be ready to ship within 4 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. Shipping in the U.S.
  • Shipping costs. Free shipping for orders over $80 (excluding tax and shipping costs). International shipment fees, such as import duties and taxes may be charged depending on purchased items and shipping location.
  • Local delivery options. Local pick up is available. After an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with pick up instructions. 
  • No Refund/No Return Policy All sales are final. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
    For items not personalized: Defective or damaged items will be replaced within 7-10 business days (upon item availability). Please contact us within 3 business days to report any issues. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund/no return policy.
  • Potential service interruptions. We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but occasional disruptions may occur. Unplanned interruptions include but are not limited to technical issues, power outages, natural disasters, third-party service disruptions.
  • Order tracking details. After placing an order you will receive

    We are not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by shipping carriers. Customer must contact shipping carrier for delivery-related issues.
